Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Develops, communicates, and trains on business practices and processes
  • Serves as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management
  • Collects, inputs, verifies, corrects, and analyzes data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Data, Analytics & Reporting principles, cutting-edge technologies, best practices, and market trends
  • Ability to distill customer requests and market needs into an innovative product vision, roadmap, and set of themes
  • Work experience of at least 7-10 years with at least 3-4 years of Business Intelligence reporting & operations experience
