Senior Financial Analyst: Lead Order-to-Cash Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to lead our O2C processes. This role will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, optimizing revenue cycles, and ensuring efficient management of O2C operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance related to O2C processes, including revenue recognition, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
- Oversee the end-to-end O2C cycle, from order entry to cash receipt, and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the process.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of O2C operations.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of O2C processes.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from financial data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or a semi-qualified CA with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on O2C processes.
Additional qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
