Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of lending sales channels. This includes overseeing DSAs and outcall agents, setting up and tracking sales targets, and monitoring funnel health to drive performance across partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational processes to improve productivity and conversion rates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives
- Train and onboard new employees on product, processes, and tools
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to increase efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 7 years of experience in financial operations or inside sales operations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights
- Hands-on experience managing DSAs, telesales, or outbound sales channels
- Excellent communication and people management skills
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in fintech, lending, and BFSI, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
