Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Head located in Bengaluru at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd.
The Regional Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing regional operations, leading a team, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring growth targets are met.
The role involves collaborating with senior management to drive business expansion and market - Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in managing regional operations and achieving targets.
