Job Title: ERP Financial Implementation Specialist

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Financial Implementation Specialist with 5+ years of experience in implementing and testing ERP financial modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and extensive experience in testing financial modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Taxation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring testing and user training.

Key Responsibilities

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP financial modules.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.

User Training and Support:

- Provide training to internal team and support team.
- Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in implementing and testing ERP financial modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Taxation.
- Experience with ERP testing tools and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with data migration and data validation in ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Scrum Master experience.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in ERP financial module configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX).

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Financials Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar).
- Experience with ERP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
