Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP System Engineer

Requirements: 5+ Years of Experience as Techno Functional Consultant (Real Estate/Construction Industry)

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Finance & Operations System Engineer to lead the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations F&O.

This role demands in-depth knowledge of Project Management & Accounting, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Finance, and Contract Management modules.

The successful candidate will ensure complete automation of ERP workflows reflecting real-world construction project lifecycles, integrating financial and cost control, subcontractor management, BOQ management, and progress billing, and enabling end-to-end digital transformation for project execution and back-office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of MS Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on Project Management & Accounting modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements specific to real estate development and contracting workflows.
  • Customize, test, and deploy solutions to align with project and financial management processes.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems and ensure data consistency.
  • Provide technical and functional support post go-live, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Support user training and documentation tailored to construction and contracting operations.
