Job Title:

MS Dynamics 365 Functional Specialist

About Our Client:
  • We are a luxury property developer with operations in global markets.
  • We are launching a new back-office centre in Bangalore, India, as part of our strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of MS Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on Project Management & Accounting modules.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements specific to real estate development and contracting workflows.
  3. Solution Deployment: Customize, test, and deploy solutions to align with project and financial management processes.
  4. Data Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems and ensure data consistency.
  5. Post-Go-Live Support: Provide technical and functional support, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
ERP Configuration & Customization:
  1. Configure, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules for:
  2. Project Management & Accounting: Design Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project budgeting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, retention, variation orders.
  3. Procurement & Sourcing: Optimise Purchase requisition workflows, RFQs, vendor evaluation, subcontract agreements.
  4. Inventory & Warehouse Management: Construction material stock tracking, site consumption reporting, transfer orders.
  5. Finance & Accounting: Multi-company accounting, intercompany transactions, progress claims, advance & performance guarantees, VAT & tax compliance.
Integration & Automation:
  1. Optimise integrations between D365 F&O and:
  2. Zoho CRM for leads, opportunities, and project award handovers.
  3. Document Management Systems (SharePoint, etc.).
  4. Banking portals for payment automation.
  5. Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.
Support & Troubleshooting:
  1. Act as the Level 2/3 support for ERP incidents in the Projects & Contracting domain.
  2. Diagnose, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues.
Business Process Optimization:
  1. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, QS, and Project Controls teams to map and optimize workflows.
  2. Implement earned value management (EVM) concepts within ERP project reporting.
