Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 implementation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing business processes and implementing customized solutions.
Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet project needs.
- Design, implement, and test system customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training, user support, and documentation for end-users.
- Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and stay up to date with Microsoft updates and best practices.
Requirements:
- Analytical skills and business process understanding
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Experience in finance and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage
