
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with allocated customer base to drive business growth and retention.
- Identify financial goals of customers and provide tailored financial planning assistance to achieve their objectives.
- Act as single point of contact for customers for any query or complaint, providing prompt and effective resolution.
- Focus on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in allocated customers to increase sales revenue.
- Ensure successful completion of licensing requirements and adhere to set targets and deadlines.
Measures of Success:
- Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for updating the CRM system.
- Successful completion of cross-sell and up-sell business goals month-on-month.
- Collection of payment/premium from days due policies.
- Resolution of customer complaints and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achievement of retention targets and maintaining a strong customer base.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in sales of insurance, mutual funds, CASA, investments, loans, or real estate.
- Age bracket: 25-30 years.
- Must own a conveyance for work-related travel.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Process and result orientation.
- Customer-centricity and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills in English and regional languages.
Candidates should be equipped with basic computer skills and good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
