Job Description
Acetek College is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand its presence in India. This role focuses on student recruitment, institutional partnerships, and promoting Acetek's programmes and study tours. The ideal candidate will have experience representing overseas education institutions and building agent networks.
**Key Responsibilities**
Agent Network Development:
Establish and manage a network of student recruitment agents across Kerala and nearby regions to promote Acetek College programmes.
Partnership Development:
Identify and engage with credible Indian institutions to offer Acetek courses under collaborative delivery models.
Student Recruitment Events:
Represent Acetek College at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other recruitment events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Study Tour Recruitment:
Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and education consultants to organize and recruit for short-term study tours to Singapore.
Reporting & Coordination:
Provide regular market insights, performance reports, and updates to the Singapore team. Coordinate closely with the admissions and marketing departments.
**Requirements**
A Bachelor's degree (minimum); preference for degrees in Business, Marketing, or Education.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, international education, or student recruitmentespecially representing foreign institutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
Proven ability to work independently, manage targets, and build strategic relationships.
Willingness to travel within India for recruitment activities.
**Preferred Qualities**
Established network within the Indian education consultancy or institutional sector.
Familiarity with Singapore's education system and visa processes.
Self-motivated, reliable, and target-oriented.
