Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. A strong understanding of the security and facility management industry is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure large contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage sales forecasting, monitoring, and evaluation processes

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Solution Sales, with a postgraduate degree and excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. A strong track record of securing large contracts and meeting revenue targets is essential. Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (depending on location and experience).
