About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The GelBottle Inc. in Brighton. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
