Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via WhatsApp, email, or phone
  • Identify customer needs and provide assistance with specific features
  • Analyze and report product discrepancies
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Interact positively with customers who may be upset or stressed
