Job Title: Customer Support Representative

About the Role:

CapTalent HR is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through voice calls. You will be required to have excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers via phone.
  3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  4. Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer service.

Language: Excellent communication skills in English.

Working Hours: 24x7 (Male) 7am to 9pm (females).

Salary: Graduate (6-11 months work exp) - 3.20 lacs, Graduate (12 month plus work exp) - 3.25 3.50 Lacs.
