About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at 2coms. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts and night shifts.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum 10 days' notice.

Exp Salary: CTC 40,000 up to monthly + other benefits.

Shift: Rotational shift & Night shift.

Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support or a related field.

Experience: 06 months to 5 years of experience in customer support, BPO, international voice process, voice process, inbound, KPO, outbound process, US/UK/Aus process.
