Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing the financial management and control of our firm. This includes ensuring accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, leading forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes, implementing budget control mechanisms, consolidating financial data, and identifying opportunities to cut costs and optimize profitability.

As a strategic finance professional, you will provide diligence and oversight during investments, fundraising, and exits, review and validate financial reporting, support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation and performance optimization, drive financial strategies aligning with our growth goals, lead contract negotiations, manage financial/legal negotiations, partner with legal and business teams, and serve as primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal counsel.

Our ideal candidate has 10+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in investment firms or high-growth businesses, with a strong track record in closing, FP&A, budgeting, and cost optimization, hands-on experience in contract negotiations, deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks, proven ability in performance management at organizational levels, and professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
