Job Title: Financial Operations Director

  • We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Director to lead our organization's financial transformation initiatives.
  • This role will involve managing multiple key projects around cost transformations, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance-related projects.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating project plans with clear action items & milestones.
  • We require a candidate who can create and monitor program budgets and resource allocation.
  • The Financial Operations Director will be responsible for managing global stakeholder engagement and communications of project plans and status, risks, and escalations, and project deliverables.
  • This role involves identifying and removing obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution.
  • The Financial Operations Director will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • This position requires the ability to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees as requested.
  • The successful candidate will align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives.
  • This role involves providing executive-level oversight of critical transformation initiatives.
  • The Financial Operations Director will anticipate and respond to changing strategic priorities and provide impact in prompt fashion. Project adjustments and alterations are made promptly and efficiently.
  • The candidate will partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority.
  • This role involves supporting the development of business cases and programs as part of our Finance strategy.
  • The Financial Operations Director will comprehend overall demand scope and dependencies and how individual decisions or actions impact roadmap.
  • This role involves designing and executing transformation initiatives for finance using Digital, Lean, and Six Sigma methods covering themes of standardization, consolidation, re-engineering, and automation.
