Warehouse Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Operations Director to lead our West Region operations.

The ideal candidate must have deep operational knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

  • Regional Leadership: Manage and oversee warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring adherence to policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • P&L Management: Full ownership of regional warehouse P&L including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Solution Design & Process Improvement: Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
