Senior Financial Director

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Director to oversee our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership:
    • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
    • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Provide critical insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.
    • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks and optimize financial performance.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial MIS reports to make data-driven decisions.
  • Audit & Compliance:
    • Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to address any concerns or issues.
  • Taxation & Regulatory:
    • Coordinate direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments to avoid penalties and fines.
    • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to maintain compliance.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • Professional accounting designation as a CA
    • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior-level financial management position within a similar industry
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Results-oriented strategic thinker and planner
