Job Title

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for driving and overseeing the end-to-end operations of a company. This role requires a strong understanding of operations, coupled with the ability to oversee critical support functions including IT, HR, Finance, and Audit.

This position involves leading, monitoring, and enhancing the overall operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution.

The successful candidate will define, implement, and improve process flows to align with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Evaluating and reporting on the stage and status of transactions is also an essential part of this role, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.

Additionally, the Chief Operating Officer will provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.

Overseeing the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, is also crucial in building a high-performing culture.

Supervising the Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting is another key responsibility.

Providing oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management is also essential.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
