Role: Chief Financial Strategist

Location: Various

A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required to lead the financial strategy and direction of an organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high ethical standards.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, laws, and regulations is essential for effective financial operations.

• Proven experience in controllership, audit, or financial planning will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Financial Plans and Budgets: Design and execute comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensuring Accurate Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide transparent and reliable financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintaining Relationships with External Stakeholders: Foster partnerships with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance and cooperation.
