The position of Financial Strategist is a key role in our organization, overseeing finance operations and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Responsibilities:- Oversee financial processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and adherence to regulations.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans and forecasts for the department.
- Monitor and analyze budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
- Prepare detailed balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
- Establish and maintain robust performance metrics for decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit closures.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for finance-related matters.
- Provide strategic financial insights and commercial support to leadership.
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed by senior management.
