Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Renewable Energy Finance Strategist to spearhead our solar project finance activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the financing strategy for our solar projects, collaborating with financial institutions, and ensuring timely financial closure to support our growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial structuring, project evaluation, and fundraising for renewable energy projects. They will lead project financing activities, build detailed financial models, manage debt raising processes, and liaise with banks, investors, and credit rating agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent with a strong financial background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy / power / infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
