Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with extensive experience in sales within the web and digital marketing solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of web and digital marketing solutions to identify and address client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and web development.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience in web and digital marketing solutions.
- Knowledge:In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, web technologies, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
- Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with CRM will be a plus point.
