Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with extensive experience in sales within the web and digital marketing solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  3. Digital Marketing Expertise:
    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of web and digital marketing solutions to identify and address client needs.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and web development.
  4. Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless process.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts to clients.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Experience:Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience in web and digital marketing solutions.
    • Knowledge:In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, web technologies, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
    • Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with CRM will be a plus point.
