
Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized individual who can efficiently manage calendars, travel, projects, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management: Manage founders' schedules, schedule meetings, and prioritize engagements.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, and travel logistics.
- Project Coordination & Management: Track, manage, and follow up on project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
Additional Key Responsibilities include:
- Minutes of Meeting & Documentation: Attend meetings with founders and key stakeholders, take detailed minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Task & Deadline Tracking: Monitor ongoing tasks and projects, send reminders, and escalate delays to ensure accountability and timely completion.
- Exploring Tools, Technology & Process Improvement: Identify, evaluate, and implement tools, AI solutions, and technology to improve workflows and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
