The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Role
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize share of wallet.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform business decisions.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2C Sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
- Strong networker and relationship builder with a proven track record of success.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
