The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Role

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize share of wallet.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform business decisions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2C Sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder with a proven track record of success.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
