Job Description:
\As a Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR operations team to deliver on operational tasks, performance management systems, KPI goals, and OKR tracking.
\The role extends to driving process improvements for HR operations and performance systems. You will oversee employee lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, policy implementation, and manage OKR tracking for Edufice.
\You will also partner with leaders to build a high-performance culture aligned with organizational values, ensure consistency and fairness in evaluation, calibration, and feedback processes, and drive performance management cycle end-to-end (goal setting, mid-year, annual appraisals).
\Additionally, you will coordinate with school leadership to define, track, and report school-level KPIs (enrolments, teacher retention, student performance, culture metrics), build dashboards linking HR data with academic/operational outcomes, and support Heads of Schools in translating KPI outcomes into staff performance and development plans.

Requirements:
\Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in HRMS, PMS, OKR tools, and advanced Excel is essential. Experience with KPI/OKR alignment in educational or multi-entity organizations is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are necessary.
