About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our people team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global organization with over 500 iconic brands across more than 100 countries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for owning and driving strategic planning cycles, managing key processes, and providing valuable insights to enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and driving the Zero-Based Budgeting process for business units in India
  • Leading strategic planning cycles, including three-year, one-year, and other key planning cycles in the people team
  • Designing and managing manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan
  • Providing deep analysis and recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdowns
  • Using organization design principles to optimize structure design
Target Setting and Cascading
  • Implementing target setting and appraisal processes in sync with global standards
  • Defining tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in the people team
Qualifications:
  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • 3-5 years of experience in rewards, PMO, manpower planning, or special projects

Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations, and excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills are required for this role.
