Drive Revenue with Exceptional Service

The Banquet Sales Executive is a key role at Bastian Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, responsible for driving revenue by selling banquet and event services. This includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, planning and coordinating events, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to meet the restaurant's high standards.

About the Role

This position requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in banquet/event sales, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining environment, and possess excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can develop and implement strategies to achieve banquet sales targets, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners. They will conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients, create and deliver compelling proposals tailored to clients' needs, and coordinate event timelines to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Event Coordination and Planning

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring customized event solutions. They will liaise with the restaurant's culinary, service, and operations teams to plan menus, layouts, and logistics, manage contracts, payments, and event-related documentation, and provide post-event follow-up to gather feedback and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, or a related field (preferred), and minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banquet/event sales are required. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, highly organized with attention to detail, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
