Luxury Sales Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our Luxury Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, luxury market trends, and possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sources such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, partnerships, etc. to identify potential clients interested in luxury properties and assist in building database of HNI clients
  • Call on new and existing databases to introduce NoBroker and its offerings, understanding their requirements and providing suitable property recommendations and scheduling & attending Site Visits/Meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups
  • Participate in various activities like exhibitions, activations and similar activities to generate leads

**Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all luxury projects available in Bangalore, including their unique features, amenities, pricing, and target clientele
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, excel, Google Office and other tools & software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records

**Estimated Salary:** ₹25 lakhs per annum
