**Job Title:** We are seeking a seasoned Zoho CRM expert to spearhead our end-to-end CRM management, implementation, and maintenance. This strategic role will oversee the seamless operation of our sales and management teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategize, configure, and maintain Zoho CRM for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Implement new Zoho modules and features as per business requirements.
  • Generate, customize, and share Management Information System (MIS) reports on demand.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho CRM issues promptly, coordinating with Zoho support when necessary.
  • Update, modify, and optimize Zoho CRM workflows, automation, and fields based on team needs.
  • Support the sales head with accurate and timely reporting for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and hygiene within the CRM.
  • Train team members on Zoho CRM functionalities and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM administration or MIS roles.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho reporting tools, especially NowMaker.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Zoho CRM certification preferred and any experience in integrating Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps or third-party tools.
