CRM Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned CRM professional to drive client success, operational excellence, and sustained revenue growth. This role is pivotal in leveraging platform-specific expertise to deliver excellent ROI/performance for marketing channels.

As a Platform and Domain Champion, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize CRM and marketing automation efforts for individual clients. Your goal will be to identify growth opportunities within CRM and marketing automation platforms to increase client engagement, lead generation, and revenue streams for the end client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing channel-specific CRM and marketing automation strategies that align with business goals, drive customer engagement, and boost ROI.
  • Leveraging data analytics to assess campaign performance and continuously refine strategies to maximize client outcomes.

In addition to your technical skills and expertise, you must possess strong strategic thinking skills, exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing internal stakeholders and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in CRM/marketing automation and a proven track record of delivering high-impact results.

This role requires a deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms, as well as expertise in data-driven decision-making, analytics tools, and campaign execution.

You will be working closely with internal teams (campaign managers/executives) and clients to deliver value-driven outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM/marketing automation.
  • Proven expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytics tools proficiency.

A Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
