Job Description

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Employee Relations
    • Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a harmonious workplace environment.
    • Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and escalate issues to senior HR or management when necessary.
    • Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
  • Performance Management
    • Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
    • Analyze performance metrics and support career development discussions.
  • Training and Development
    • Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
    • Organize training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • HR Administration and Compliance
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
    • Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Stay updated on HR trends, technologies, and legal requirements.
    • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
    • Participate in special HR projects as assigned by management.
