Our organization seeks an accomplished Video Collaboration Specialist to provide exceptional remote support for our clients. This role involves overseeing the management and maintenance of video conferencing, audio-visual, and webcasting technologies.

This position requires a high degree of technical expertise in AV support, video conferencing, and webcast management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco Video Codecs, VBrick Rev, and related AV/IT infrastructure.

The selected individual will be responsible for delivering seamless operations for global meetings, events, and webcasts. They will also ensure that video endpoints are online and operational, manage incident response during active calls and webcasts, and prepare and support webcast events.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Proven experience in AV support, video conferencing, and webcast management.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Video Codecs, VBrick Rev, and related AV/IT infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Configure Cisco Video Conferencing Codecs and streaming encoders (e.g., VBrick Rev).
  2. Test endpoints and network devices.
  3. Review, verify, and backup configuration files to facilitate disaster recovery.
  4. Support the commissioning and decommissioning of conference rooms and AV devices.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of webcast and streaming platforms.
