Job Title: Oracle Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our team.

As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for Oracle EBS R12 applications, particularly in the Sales & Distribution modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective resolutions to production issues across various Oracle EBS layers;
  • Managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes;
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to complex technical problems;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support, especially across multiple modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains;
  • Hands-on experience with SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports;
  • Proficient in managing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions;
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules, including Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Trading Community Architecture (TCA);
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
