Workday Specialist Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Workday HCM system configuration, implementation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering comprehensive HR solutions using Workday Functional Consultant capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements, implementing new Workday modules and features, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with HR policies and standards, provide end-user support and training, develop and maintain system documentation, and perform regular system audits and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams
  • Implement new Workday modules and features
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
