Job Title: Human Resource Strategist

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent.
  • Results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices in HR.
