Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HCM Expert to lead our team in delivering top-notch human capital management solutions. This key role will be responsible for providing domain expertise in HCM, including OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, and Absence Management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on HCM processes and data flow, ensuring seamless execution of business operations.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems, promoting efficient problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and lead team members, allocating work, monitoring progress, and providing timely status updates.
  • Participate in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities, driving successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HCM, with at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, or other related modules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates.
