Job Description:

Designation: Senior Process Executive

Experience: 1-2 years

Qualification: BCOM/BBA/MBA/MCOM

Shift: 24/5

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
  2. Knowledge of industry activities in Capital Market Ops
  3. Experience in Capital Market/Mutual Funds/Investment Banking/Financial services/Banking
  4. Hands on experience in document like Prospectus, Annual Report, KIID, and Factsheet
  5. Reviewing and updating corporate bond data based on official documentation
  6. Responsible for quality control on securities entered onto proprietary software
  7. Identify discrepancies and make necessary updates to reconcile data
  8. Strong attention to detail
  9. Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills
  10. Deadline and detail oriented
  11. Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
  12. Aptitude for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  13. Solid understanding of the security market and mutual fund operations is beneficial
  14. Must be able to analyze and interpret data/numbers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor-s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) and demonstrated experience in Financial Services Operations or similar role
  • Ideal candidate should have up to 1-2 years of experience in Investment Management Operations
