Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Process Developer to support and improve operational processes. The Process Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute business processes, ensure accuracy, and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation. This role demands strong domain knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a focus on quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute, monitor, and manage specific business processes as per client or organizational requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, reports, and deliverables.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, quality, compliance) and external stakeholders as required.
- Participate in internal and client audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Analyze data and generate periodic reports and dashboards to track performance.
- Train and support new team members on process workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work with high volumes and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or BPM platforms.
- Knowledge of process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
