About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead the Human Resources function for our Greenfield Project in Nayudupeta, supporting end-to-end HR operations at our large-scale solar manufacturing facility in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations for a workforce of 5000+ employees at the greenfield solar manufacturing site.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, CLRA, and liaise effectively with Labour and Factories Departments.
  • Handle statutory inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes at scale.
  • Implement and enhance employee engagement, welfare, and industrial relations initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to support plant operations and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR / IR or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in core manufacturing HR, preferably with greenfield project exposure.

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in HR operations within a core manufacturing setup.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law compliance, including CLRA, and experience in dealing with government departments.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams in high-volume industrial environments.
  • Experience in conducting inspections, managing audits, and adhering to statutory requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in the solar energy or renewable manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
