Headquartered in Chennai, we currently operate 3 units across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, and are now planning to expand with new centers to reach and serve more smiling families.

Role Description

We are hiring for an HR role at our Chennai headquarters with a hybrid functional model.

  • Identify manpower needs in clinical (doctors, nurses, technicians) and non-clinical (administration) departments.
  • The desired candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
  • The candidate will support hospital operations whenever required, working under the guidance of department heads.
  • The candidate should be able to define and monitor protocols such as KPIs and SOPs across clinical and non-clinical areas, and should also have the ability to train and conduct induction sessions for both new and existing employees.
  • Ensure fair policies for shift duty, leave, and work-life balance.
  • Address grievances, conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Promote patient-centric culture among employees.
  • Ensure staff strictly follow hospital policies, SOPs, and ethical practices.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in HR, having completed a hybrid-mode program will be an added advantage.
