Key Responsibilities: Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to corporate roles across various departments. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using professional networks, job boards, and other innovative sourcing techniques. Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed resume reviews and initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. Job Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract the right candidates. Collaboration: Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand specific hiring needs and priorities. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and handling negotiations. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to refine recruitment strategies. Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with HR and management to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Compliance: Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations during the hiring process. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas to improve the recruitment process for corporate positions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruiting for corporate roles or equivalent positions. Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy.
