Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks. Resume Screening: Evaluate resumes to match candidates to specific job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with candidates. Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Job Posting: Draft and publish job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective hiring strategies. Documentation: Prepare recruitment-related reports and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions to gain deeper insights into HR and recruitment practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
