Job Title: Payroll and Human Resources Expert

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of HR systems, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processing for global markets, including salary management, wage control, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax legislation, labor codes, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance-related discrepancies.
  • Optimize costs and minimize risk by ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines from vendors.
  • Proactively manage resources to support business-as-usual (BAU) operations and global HR projects.
  • Address and resolve employee payroll queries and issues promptly and accurately.
  • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Experience managing teams of 5-10 people for 5+ years in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.
  • Effective collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
