Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned HR leader to spearhead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process, develop strategic company policies, and drive objectives for the HR team.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The selected individual will be responsible for crafting an employer brand strategy that showcases our organization's values and mission.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our HR initiatives and ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on expertise with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and a passion for fostering healthy employee relations
