Sales and Revenue Generation Manager

As the Sales and Revenue Generation Manager, you will be responsible for achieving room revenue, banquet and outlet budget, Revpar, spa and other revenues. EBITDA margins should be in line with hotel revenue. Budget planning should be done before the financial year. A marketing plan will be formulated for the hotel, and you will submit a sales plan on a quarterly basis with segment-wise details. You will function as the strategic business leader of the hotels' Sales and Marketing Department, responsible for property reactive sales, proactive account sales and segment sales, local and social catering sales, business travel sales, reservation sales, and destination sales. You will be responsible for achieving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction, and the financial performance of the department. You will manage the marketing budget to enable the development of hotel-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives. You will conduct meetings for the team to ensure an effective and synchronized approach for achieving targets.
You will analyze the Sales force client engagement and submit RPF as per guidelines received. You will liaise with the credit manager to review the credit status and coordinate with the Director of Finance to ensure all TPAM points are adhered to. You will ensure marketing of F&B outlets through various social media channels and bloggers. You will engage with media companies for regular hotel coverage. You will analyze competition information along with the DOS and team for effective pricing of the hotel. You will plan Sales Blitz and review reports for feeder cities for the hotel.
