Role Brief: Luxury Sales Professional for Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Developer Position Title: Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional Industry: Sales professionals in Aviation/Automobiles/Luxury Brands/Watches etc. would be preferred Location: Goa Client Overview: Our Client is renowned for offering high-end products and services to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and esteemed stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional to enhance their channel management and drive sales through strategic partner relationships. Role Overview: The Luxury Sales Professional will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding network of channel partners. This individual will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing and new partners, driving revenue, and ensuring the success of channel programs. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and channel management within the luxury sector. Key Responsibilities: Channel Management: Partner Support and Training: Provide comprehensive support and training to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our brand and achieve sales targets. Performance Review: Regularly review and assess the performance of existing partners, implementing strategies to enhance the sales funnel and increase revenue. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with partners, working collaboratively to achieve mutual objectives and drive business growth. Sales and Revenue Generation: Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed revenue targets by generating high-quality leads and securing sales through both new and existing partners. Sales Alignment: Work closely with the internal sales team to align channel efforts with broader sales strategies and objectives. Market and Industry Insights: Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively address changes and opportunities. Event Participation: Attend industry events, conferences, and roadshows to network, build relationships, and promote the brand effectively. Program Development and Management: Channel Programs: Develop and implement channel partner programs, including training sessions, marketing initiatives, and incentive schemes. Budget and Forecast Management: Create and manage channel partner budgets, providing accurate forecasts and financial tracking. Performance Measurement: Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report on channel partner performance using key metrics such as sales figures, revenue growth, and partner engagement. Conflict Resolution: Identify and address conflicts or challenges within the channel, ensuring smooth operations and positive partner relationships. Product and Solution Support: Guidance and Expertise: Offer detailed support and guidance to partners regarding product offerings and solutions, ensuring they can effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven experience in luxury sales and channel management, with a track record of success in driving revenue and managing high-profile partners. Network: Strong existing network of channel partners and industry contacts. Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to generate quality leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for partner engagement and revenue growth. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the luxury market, including trends, competitor activities, and client expectations. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing performance metrics, financial forecasts, and market data to inform decision-making. Event Skills: Experience in organizing and participating in roadshows and industry events.
