This role will involve strategic planning and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive overall sales for residences through 32 ND Dimensions.
What You Will Be Doing Brand Ambassadorship Act as the face of our Ultra Luxury Villa Residences, embodying the brand's values and vision.
Cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers, local influencers, and partners.
Sales Experience Management Curate and manage the overall experience at the Sales Lounge to align with the luxury lifestyle offered by our villas.
Utilize innovative strategies to engage visitors and create a lasting impression.
Interactive Presentations Develop and deliver captivating presentations using multimedia tools to showcase the unique features and benefits of the Ultra Luxury Villa Residences.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed insights.
Client Engagement Conduct personalized consultations with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Foster a client-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for each visitor.
Event Coordination Plan and execute exclusive events and private viewings, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Manage invitations, logistics, and event follow-ups to maximize impact.
Technology Integration Stay abreast of technological advancements in real estate and luxury living to integrate relevant innovations into the Sales Lounge.
Showcase the smart home features and advanced technologies of our villas.
Community Building Actively engage with the local community, building a network of potential buyers, influencers, and brand advocates.
