Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and engage with potential clients interested in real estate investments.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Goa real estate market.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to the management team for strategic planning.
Lead Conversion:
Effectively convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.
Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase project features and benefits.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Client Support and After-Sales Service:
Provide clients with comprehensive support throughout the buying process.
Address post-sale queries to ensure a positive client experience.
Event Participation:
Represent the company at real estate expos, hospitality events, and other networking forums to generate business opportunities.
Key Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Knowledge of the Goa real estate market or the hospitality sector is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
